Sphere Lenses

CPG fabricates high precision infrared lenses from a variety of substrate materials, including fused silica, Si, Ge, ZnSe, ZnS, CaF2, MgF2 and Cleartran. Every aspect of the lens production process, from surface generation to the final coating application, is conducted using carefully controlled, advanced methods enabling CPG to deliver lenses with minimal subsurface damage and pristine optical surfaces.

Thermal Imaging Lenses

3 µm to 14 µm lenses from CaF2, ZnS, ZnSe, Ge, Si, and GaAs and 6 mm to 250 mm diameters with typical surface flatness of λ/10 (at 633 nm). CPG uses advanced plasma source (APS) coating technology for highly densified thin films resulting in superior environmentally durability.

CO2 Laser Lenses

CPG fabricates high precision IR lenses from Ge, ZnSe, ZnS and Cleartran for the CO2 Laser market. Substrate fabrication and coating use controlled, leading-edge process technologies which minimize subsurface damage for excellent Laser Damage Thresholds.

Multispectral Lenses

Our multi-spectral optics have high reflectivity or transmission at multiple wavelength bands (e.g. 3 µm - 5 µm 808 nm, 1064 nm , 1570 nm), with excellent wavefront quality. This enables common aperture FLIR applications while maintaining high laser damage threshold.
